Jon: Friends

Well...Hello world and all that inhabit it. It is Jon here. I decided that now would be a good time to blog a little something something. As you know, I am one of the finalists for the Young and Free Spokesperson job here in St. Louis. I am having a great deal of fun with this whole experience. I have been going out and passing out some flyers, talking to people, and seeing what it is like to be a spokesperson. However, I realize fully that there is no way I would have gotten this far without the support of some very awesome individuals.

I am talking about my friends. The people who commented on my Young and Free profile and came with me to play an open mic night at a local coffee house. This is what I was talking about in my first blog. You really just can’t put a price on those guys. I know that this job is a job that would deal with finances and finding a better way to communicate the key points about them to young people. But I think that the first thing that Young and Free is doing right is putting a face behind the message.

I don’t know how this whole thing is going to turn out. However, I can be assured that no matter who the Young and Free Spokesperson is, They will try their hardest to be a friend to the people in this community. I know that it is much easier to get through the challenges in our life with people around us to help. I want to be that as the Young and Free Spokesperson for St. Louis.  Thank you for reading this and if you dig it…. Vote for Jon Christopher!!!
