Calah's current situation:

Hello! I'm Calah. I'm 19 years old and I'm in my 2nd year of college pursuing an associates in Pre-Pharmacy. I plan to attend StLCoP for a Ph.D. in the near future. I've lived in St. Louis all my life and I love this city!

Calah's blog post:

I believe every individual needs music in their lives. Whether you're happy, depressed, angry, scared, or bored: the essence of music works as the ultimate mood regulator and healing device. It speaks as words when none can be found and it's an escape after a long day of bad luck. Whether you listen to rock, rap, pop, country, or classical: music is the one thing that fits into every lifestyle and helps to connect numerous people.

Luckily for us, the citizens of St. Louis, our music scene is of premium design. We have continuous opportunities to see great acts in local and national shows. The great thing about that is that St. Louis is large enough to be well-known, yet small enough to feel intimate and exclusive during a concert. With artists like Chuck Berry, Story of the Year, Nelly, and Chingy that have been derived from our beautiful city, we are lucky to call St. Louis our home. Along with the great availability of concerts and artists in our area, we also have one of the best radio stations in the entire world. The station range from alternative rock with 105.7 the point, pop with z107.7, or country with 93.7 the bull and everything in between. With these stations, we get awesome jocks and even better concert events! So yes, St. Louis is known for Budweiser, the Cardinals, and the Arch, but there is so much more available right at our fingertips in our St. Louis music scene!
